Finding Support for TOPO! Explorer
National Geographic Maps provides several support options for those seeking assistance with TOPO! Explorer. We are putting significant effort towards our online support tools, starting there ensures the fastest answer to your question.
- Online
- Visit our new Wiki Support Site for TOPO! Explorer. This site includes support articles for both the website and the desktop application. We are updating this frequently as new questions arise and as new features are developed. This is the best way to learn about TOPO! Explorer and resolve issues.

- Depending on the type of help you are seeking, visit the TOPO! Explorer forums. There are several forums ranging from a Community Moderated section where users like you can share tips, to a Mac and PC specific areas moderated by NatGeo.
