I would agree that climbing rocks. . .but did your leg come off or something? Because I think that would be a really inconvenient injury for a climber. I have to agree that the favorites change with each new place you go. Last year I added Maple Canyon in Utah and Joshua Tree to my list—now I just have to keep finding time to go back!! This year looks like Ten Sleep in Wyoming and back to City of Rocks. Where are you off to this year? What else is fun that I should know about? |

When are you going to Ten Sleep? Tensleep’s informal “non-festival” is back on, and is celebrating its 10th year. Guidebook can be found at the Ice Cream shop in Tensleep or online, search google for Tensleep climbing guide. 150 more routes and color photos! GIDDYUP! |

That’s when we’ll be there. I’m hoping that some recent family developments don’t keep me from going. . . but the rest of my gang will be there. Hope the new routes are moderates! My friends usually go on the forth and enjoy the town activities. Should be about 10 of us heading up. . . If you post a photo to your profile maybe I’ll be able to find you! |
Whether you’re new to climbing or onsighting 5.12, rely on quickdraws or prefer to climb with “friends,” love splitters or hang on crimpers, carry a crash pad or wield an ice ax, this forum is for you.
